Supporting Transformation through Learning and Reflection

About Julie Edwards

About Julie Edwards

I design and deliver workshops, seminars, and practical resources that help individuals, teams, and organisations transform, both personally and professionally. Grounded in the philosophy of Ikigai, I guide participants to uncover meaning, direction, and alignment. Together, we turn reflection into action and ideas into lasting change.
Drawing on insights from my doctoral research,  I bring academic depth and real-world experience to every engagement. My research explored the transformative effects of postgraduate study on adults. I’m passionate about how intentional reflection, purposeful learning, and action spark meaningful growth. I love seeing participants apply what they’ve learned to create clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress.
My workshops are interactive and experiential. Participants explore creative exercises, games, journaling and sometimes stretching or light movement. This is inspired by my experience as a 3rd Dan Kyokushin Karate instructor. Sessions are designed to be engaging, practical, and memorable. Participants don’t just learn concepts; they integrate them into their lives and work.
I work with organisations to develop leaders and build creative and critical thinking. I also with education providers across all sectors. I develop  learning materials and deliver professional development. This covers assessment and face-to-face, online, and blended teaching delivery.
Helping individuals, teams, educators, and organisations move forward is at the heart of everything I do. Together, we develop the tools, mindset, and confidence needed for meaningful change. Transformative Coaching, Education, and Facilitation for Adults

I am a practitioner dedicated to supporting adult learners, educators, and individuals navigating change through coaching, education, and facilitation. My work explores how adults grow through reflection, challenge, and meaning-making, drawing on both professional experience and an understanding of transformative learning.

I design and deliver workshops, seminars, retreats, and study masterclasses for adults returning to education, alongside professional development for educators working with adult learners. Through one-to-one coaching and facilitated learning spaces, I support individuals seeking clarity, confidence, or a new direction in their personal or professional lives.

My approach values lived experience and prior learning, recognising these as powerful foundations for growth. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work alongside adults to support lasting change — helping them reframe perspectives, navigate transitions, and integrate new insights into everyday life.
